Abigail Forrest
Abigail qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having also qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and maintains her membership with both entities.
Abigail has worked in Litigation for all of her career, following completion of her law degree and LPC in 2009, working on behalf of insurers such as Hastings Direct, Zenith and Markerstudy, dealing with defended RTA matters and personal injury claims.
Approximately 6 years ago, Abigail moved into residential possession work, quickly gaining experience acting for both landlords and insurers where Court proceedings had been issued and the matter had become defended. Abigail’s dispute resolution work now includes a broad range of matters including, Service Charges, TOLATA claims, boundary disputes, neighbour issues and works closely and effectively with Counsel’s chambers to bring a swift resolve to matters for all concerned.
Abigail is also on the Committee of the Worthing Law Society, and regularly attends events on behalf of the firm.
