Malcolm Dickson

Malcolm Dickson is a partner dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence matters, based at our Steyning office.

Malcolm has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2008. He qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and also as a senior litigator of the Associate of Personal Injury Lawyers.

We deal with cases including road traffic collisions, accidents at work, product liability claims, slipping/tripping incidents and clinical negligence cases.

Malcolm has a great deal of experience in acting on behalf of claimants and defendants. He deals with a wide range of personal injury claims from whiplash injuries and psychological injuries to complex brain injuries and fatalities. He has successfully recovered compensation from many local and national companies with compensation figures reaching six figures.
